Our Approach
Before writing any code, we sat down to fully understand how HANSIF GROUP's business actually operates, how plumbers refer customers, how stock moves through the warehouse, and how distributors place orders. The goal was clear: replace scattered tools with one connected system built around their real workflow. We mapped every stakeholder ,admin, staff, sales persons, and distributors — and designed separate experiences for each. Rather than a one-size-fits-all portal, every user logs in to a dashboard built specifically for their role.
The Solution
We built a custom web-based Business Management Portal, accessible from any device, that brings every part of HANSIF GROUP's operation into one place. The system connects their plumber network, warehouse stock, retail and wholesale billing, distributor operations, and sales team performance — all under a single login ecosystem with automated WhatsApp notifications built in. The delivered portal replaced manual processes and disconnected tools with one unified, real-time system.
