Our Approach
We started by mapping the real workflow of the clinic ,how a patient goes from discovery to booking to consultation to follow-up — and identified every point of friction and risk. Rather than building a generic booking tool, we architected a full clinic operating system with four distinct surfaces: a public website optimised for search and conversion, a patient portal with OTP-gated booking and payment, a receptionist and doctor-facing management system, and a secure admin dashboard. Security and anti-abuse protections were built into the backend from day one not added later. Every module was designed around the actual realities of running a busy specialist clinic in Kashmir
The Solution
A full-stack clinic management platform built on modern Tech stack Patients can discover the clinic, book a slot online at any hour, verify via OTP, and pay securely all without calling anyone. Lab reports reach the patient's phone directly. SMS reminders go out 24 hours before appointments with a YES/NO confirmation, and slots auto-release if there's no response. The receptionist manages registrations and appointments from a single dashboard. Doctors access full visit histories, write prescriptions, and upload lab reports. The admin sees real-time OPD counts, revenue, no-show patterns, staff activity, and a complete audit log all role-separated with zero overlap.
